The following groups offer support at no charge for women who are at risk of or are experiencing distress such as isolation, depression, anxiety, fearful thoughts, insomnia, trauma, and other difficulties during pregnancy or postpartum. Friends fo the Postpartum Resource Center of New York's 5 k run, walk, stroller-walk to break the silence and increase awareness of pregnancy and postpartum depression.
Meeting at Jones Beach Field 5 with the course along the beautiful boardwalk of historic Jones Beach State Park at the Atlantic Ocean.

Registration: 8am - 9am with race start at 9:30am.
